April 8, 2011 I had a blast reading to elementary schools all over Detroit for 'March is Reading Month'. Literacy is near and dear to my heart and it's MY pleasure to spread the word any way I can. Plus, I got to hang out with some of the coolest kids around! The Country Music News Blog AND the Urban Country Blog (UCB) both picked up on my 10-school tour and had a little something to say about it...read it here.
