Now that's a lip-smackin' review! Thanks to the US/UK based Urban Country Blog for giving such a glowing recommendation of "Save Your Cookies for Me". The reviewer describes the tune as having a 50's vibe and immediately pictured Fonzie from Happy Days engaging in a romantic holiday...um...adventure with "Cookies" as the soundtrack (aaaaaaaayyy)! You have to read this review...such imagery! Calling it a "cheeky bedroom invitation" with "sassy, witty and slightly suggestive lyrics" is just the beginning. The wait is over! So many of you have inquired about the elusive Christmas song "Save Your Cookies for Me"; that you'd heard it but didn't know where to get it. Thank you for your patience! The go-ahead was just given to have it digitally distributed and it's now on CDBaby with arrival on iTunes in two weeks. It's interesting talking about "Save Your Cookies for Me" while decorating my house for Halloween, but it's never too early for Christmas...just ask Home Depot (animatronic snowmen already on sale)!

We just got ahold of a vintage acoustic version of "Drive My Car" from way back in '07, just after Danielle had written the song! Recorded from a live radio broadcast, it's a little more bluesy and stripped down than the EP version. We're gonna try and have it on iTunes within the next few weeks! Great news everybody! Danielle's first single off "The EP" has just been added to the national hot list of new singles this week from Promo Only. This list not only contains the brand new singles from country artists Tim McGraw, Toby Keith, Blake Shelton, Lady Antebellum and The Judds, but artists from other genres as well including Rihanna, Taio Cruz featuring Ke$ha and Kanye West (to name a few!). Danielle is the only artist on the entire list that remains uncommitted to a record label, so her inclusion is quite an accomplishment indeed. The tunes listed will be available to various subscribing promotional outlets including radio stations and clubs NATIONWIDE! Spread the word!
